All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package each item before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement for any item damaged in transit.
To report a damaged item, please email us at makayla@legacytreesigns.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
- A brief description of the issue
Claims received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in submitted names, dates, or spellings. If you realize a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately—we will do our best to accommodate changes if the item has not yet entered production.
