Legacy Tree Signs is a sub-brand of MPRDesigns. All custom designs and graphics are produced by MPRDesigns.
1. Personalized Products
All products sold by Legacy Tree Signs are made to order and personalized based on the information you provide. Please double-check spelling, dates, and other custom details prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
2. Processing & Shipping
Production time for personalized signs is typically 5–7 business days. This time does not include shipping, which varies by carrier and location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
- We will open a claim and provide a replacement if damage is verified
